What are the Minimum Requirements?
The minimum requirements for running infinetSoftware Smart Support is simply a standard PHP/MySQL setup. Following are the specific requirements:

• PHP 5 or newer
• MySQL 4 or newer
• PHP IMAP support for receiving emailed ticket replies
• Cron or similar for automatically checking for emailed ticket replies
• PHP mail() support for sending ticket update notifications

Will Smart Support run on Windows?
The software will run on Windows servers that meet the above requirements. For automated email parsing, you will need to setup something similar to Cron.

Can I Install Smart Support on Multiple Sites?
One license equals one installation of infinetSoftware Smart Support.
