PHP how do I get an url out of BBCode?

I have [url=hxxp://www.blaaaablabla.com/]Click[/url]

i need to get the hxxp://www.blaaaablabla.com/ out of it.

any suggestions?
i'm considering preg_match_all() because there's a possiblity of multiple [url] tags in a message.
