frontpage makes html very easy to deal with but i need to design a forum which requires using php. my knowledge is zero about this language so i need 2 use the best program so i can deal with it. thank u in advance.

As you may know a domain name is just a name, not a real website. If you are going to create your forum website: 1- Buy a domain name.
