How to add extension=php_mcrypt.dll in the php config or phpinfo?

I already uncomment the ;extension=php_mcrypt.dll to give extension=php_mcrypt.dll in the php.ini and saved it. However, whenever I verify using http://127.0.0.1/phpinfo.php there is no configuration found for mcrypt. Can someone help me on this?
