For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically
recognizes only the consumer's domain name, but not the e-mail
address (where possible).
We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via
e-mail, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey
information and/or site registrations, and simple user environment
statistics such as IP and browser for aggregate site statistics
software and for Real Assistant's basic user statistic details.
The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web
page, not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.
With respect to cookies: We use cookies to store visitors preferences,
record session information, such as items that consumers add to their
shopping cart.
If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let

With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special
relationships with any ad server companies.
From time to time, we may use customer information for new,
unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If
our information practices change at some time in the future we will

With respect to security: When we transfer and receive certain types
of sensitive information such as financial or health information, we
redirect visitors to a secure server and will notify visitors through
a pop-up screen on our site.
This agreement is a non-exclusive agreement with you as the affiliate
and infinetSoftware as the affiliate program manager.
Your participation in the affiliate program is subject to our approval.
Prior to accepting affiliates, we will review each application for
content, target, and acceptability. If we do not feel a website meets
the criteria we are looking for, we will not approve the application.
These terms are subject to review at any time, and we may drop affiliates
that are no longer meet what is needed.
Because PayPal is the method used to pay affiliates, affiliates must
be located in a country where PayPal is available. For a list of these

We will provide affiliates with access to a private area where they
can learn useful tips, obtain promotional and marketing materials, and
view their commission details. Affiliates must not share their access
details to this area with anyone outside their organization.
All information provided by infinetSoftware to the affiliate, either
by way of the website or by email, is strictly confidential.
Promotional and marketing materials are licensed to affiliates for use
on their websites. We retain all ownership and copyright of these
materials. Failure to follow the terms of this agreement or termination
of the affiliate's account revokes the affiliate's license to use these
materials and the affiliate must promptly discontinue using them.
Affiliates may not duplicate, mirror, or plagiarize pages from the
infinetSoftware website.
infinetSoftware will pay affiliates a respectable commission that we
determine. This commission and the prices of products are subject to
change at any time. Affiliates will be alerted via the email address
in their affiliate profile of any changes in commission prior to
the changes taking affect.
Commissions for chargeback, refund, and fraud orders will be canceled.
If commission for a chargeback, refund, or fraud order are paid to the
affiliate before being voided, the commission amount will be deducted
from future payments. Affiliates who use their affiliate account and
make fraudulent orders or take commission and request a refund will be
terminated without further pay and may be subject to monetary
retribution.
We will not be liable for any damages or loss of profit because of the
direct or indirect use of the infinetSoftware affiliate program, even
in cases where we may have knowledge of such events.
Applying for and being accepted to the affiliate program marks your
agreement to this policy. This agreement may be terminated at any time
by either you or infinetSoftware.
Upon termination of an affiliate partnership, if a commission balance
remains, it may or may not be paid, depending on the reasons for
termination. If the reasons are because of fraud or strong violation
of this agreement, the commissions will not be paid.
You may not use unsolicited sales methods or "SPAM" to promote our
products or your website listing our products. SPAM includes
unsolicited email, newsgroup postings, forum postings, or instant
messages. Using SPAM will result in immediate removal from the
affiliate program and you will not receive any further payments.
Your payments will be made monthly, on the 15th of the following
month. The payment threshold is $50USD and amounts under this will
carry over to the next payment period.
Your website must not contain illegal material, plagiarized copyrighted
material, or other immoral content. You may not make false claims about
us or our products.
Affiliates will be treated as independent contractors. As such,
infinetSoftware will not be responsible for filing tax papers for
affiliates.
In the event of a dispute, our decisions are final.
infinetSoftware will not be liable for problems caused by circumstances
unknown to us or out of our control, such as server crashed, script bugs,
or any other problems affecting the site, affiliate program, or ordering
process. In any event, infinetSoftware will not be liable for worth more
than $100USD.
This agreement is subject to change at any time. Affiliates will be
notified of updates and may discontinue using the program if they
do not agree to new terms. The date of this agreement is April 5, 2003.
The User Network is a private area for purchasers of infinetSoftware
products with User Network accounts. Do not share your login details
with anyone outside your organization. You will be responsible for your
account's activities.
By accessing the infinetSoftware User Network, you agree to the terms
of the User Network Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please
discontinue using the infinetSoftware User Network.
The User Network will provide resources and downloads that relate to
the product you purchased. The resources and downloads fall under the
same license as the product you purchased unless otherwise noted.
Consequently, infinetSoftware retains copyright and ownership to these
materials and they may not be redistributed.
Anyone who submits materials to the User Network is releasing their
content/data into the public domain, granting infinetSoftware the right
to publish the material, and the visitors who see the material the
non-exclusive rights to use the material.
If infinetSoftware uses user submitted code or files in an official
product release, the author may be compensated. Authors will not be
paid if infinetSoftware develops material in-house that performs the
same function of the author's submitted material.
infinetSoftware is not liable for problems caused from using the site
or User Network, whether we had direct or indirect knowledge of the
problems or not. We will not be responsible for damages caused
by using or installing downloads, patches, upgrades, or code, either
written by infinetSoftware or user submitted.
When this agreement is terminated or user access is not renewed,
infinetSoftware retains the right to continue publishing user submitted
material, and for other users to continue using the material.
This agreement is subject to change at any time, in which case, users
will be notified. The date of this agreement is April 5, 2003.
